Our Campo Reserva experience gives you the chance to visit our farm over a relaxing weekend, spend time in our well-appointed guest cabin, visit our pigs, explore miles of private trails, and most importantly, a personal meet and greet with summer piglets where you will choose your very own Iberian piglet for adoption.
For 9-18 months, we will pamper your pig on our farm and send you frequent photos and updates. You can come and visit any time. You can choose to have your pig processed as a young adult or post-montanera for yourselves, or we can help you come up with a charitable use for the animal. If you would like to retire her for a lifetime of easy grazing, that’s ok too! The opportunities are endless. We will also work to make your farm visit special, from custom welcome baskets to guided hikes, fishing opportunities, onsite family photo shoots, and more.

Each year we will make a small number of piglets (typically barrows) available to students, educators, or homesteaders to raise at home or in a community setting. By raising an Ibérico piglet with love, good nutrition, and open space, our next generation of farmers can intimately understand how the proper treatment of animals affects our food and our land.
These animals are not for breeding. Customers can choose to raise as pets or butcher (Iberian pigs can live for up to 15 years). Pigs are highly social animals, so we ask that you have animal and human friends for our pigs onsite already.
