Ibérico Piglets and Growers - Available Now

$400-$500 USD

Raised on pasture and finished in the fall on a diet of acorns and high oleic-acid feed, these adult pigs experience an authentic Spanish montanera (acorn-gorging) period, resulting in excellent marbling and high, healthy fat content. Pigs are between 14 and 18 months old at slaughter and have been tended to on our farm for their entire lives, with exceptional attention provided during the final acorn-feeding months. You cannot find an acorn-fed Ibérico pig for sale anywhere else in the USA!

Acorn Finished Hog - Available Winter 2027: $11/pound Quantity Available: 17

*The cost of the adult pig is $11/pound live weight, plus the cost of USDA inspected slaughter ($75-$150), transportation, and custom butchering (varies based on USDA or non-USDA inspected butcher as well as customer preferences). To comply with California and USDA regulations, we sell the “live” pig to the customer and manage animal transport to the slaughterhouse. Customers own the pig post-slaughter and have several options for custom butchering.

Adult pigs will weigh 300 - 400 pounds and will have an intentionally high fat content. We recommend that customers interested in this product do research before buying!

Weighing 180-250 pounds, these pigs roam and enjoy the outdoors all day at our farm. A much richer, healthier product than American pork. They’re fed a custom blend of wheat, peas, sunflower, and vitamins and minerals in addition to what they forage. There is no corn and no soy in their diet.
